33 Rotation is spreading through billiard halls across the Philippines. Phoenix Ladder is the platform built to bring that competition online, connect players around the world, and track official match results as the ladder grows.

What is 33 Rotation?

33 Rotation is a competitive billiards format built around scoring, rotation, decision making, and consistency. Each match is played across three rounds, each round has a maximum of 11 points, and a perfect game is 33.

Players can stay in rotation for maximum scoring and bonus opportunities, or step out of rotation strategically. That creates a format where every decision matters.

Why it is different

33 Rotation creates one of the most fair and competitive formats in billiards because both players face the same scoring structure. It rewards execution, planning, and pressure control instead of relying only on traditional race formats.

What is Phoenix Ladder?

Phoenix Ladder is the platform where 33 Rotation becomes a live global competition. Players compete through recorded and streamed matches, with rankings, results, and match history tied together into one competitive ladder.

You can play from your own personal pool table, your favorite local billiard hall, or anywhere with a proper setup. The goal is to let players challenge themselves against talent from the Philippines and around the world without needing to travel.

Global competition

The early rollout is active in the Philippines, where players are recording matches and helping build the first wave of ladder activity. As Phoenix Ladder opens globally, players from anywhere will be able to join the same competitive format.

Season 1

Season 1 is planned to begin with global access on July 1. Entry will be free to play, with optional Founder accounts coming soon for players who want to support the platform as it grows.
