Billiard rooms in the Philippines can sign up a single table for a reduced flat fee, covering access for the whole community. This cost can be paid by the venue or chipped in by local players.
Stream Setup:
One Android phone + tripod = fully connected table, streamed live for rating verification.
Player Access:
All players in the Philippines receive free accounts with ratings that link to the table they’re playing on. There’s no monthly subscription for individuals.
