How To Play Casual
The 33Pool app isn't in the App Store or on Google Play yet. These are walkthroughs of how casual mode will work once you download it, built from the app we're testing right now.
Casual is any game that doesn't move your Rating — you pick who you play and nobody is waiting on a queue. How it works depends on one thing: whether the people you're playing are standing at your table.
Two Ways In
Are They At Your Table, Or Somewhere Else?
Both are casual, both record the match and your stats, and neither touches your Rating.
Somewhere else
Play A Friend Online
You're each at your own table, wherever you are. One of you hosts and gets a match code, the other types it in, and you play a full match with both streams running.

At your table
Keep Score In Person
Everybody's in the same room. One phone keeps the board for the whole group — heads-up or a five-way free-for-all — and 33Pool does the adding up.
